I cannot delete my jira account. I made a free account, decided this software doesn't make sense for my project management, and now it's impossible to delete. I keep being met with a popup that says:
You can't delete your account
Your account can't be deleted because:
User is las billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements
user is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-canceled subscriptions.
I unsubscribed from the free jira subscription which was the only one it said i had control over, and it shows as inactive in my billing section, and I literally cannot delete or unsubscribe from any of the other apps on the account. The other apps on the accoutn say they are managed by atlassian, but because I have a free account I am unable to contact the support center or submit a ticket to ask them to delete the other apps. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I cannot delete anything else, and don't have any active subscriptions so I don't even know what I'm supposed to delete.
And yes, I have gone on every single support page that is supposed to tell me how to delete things and followed all of the steps so please don't just link to another one of those. I have gone through all of the forum pages so far and I have tried to file a support ticket, but was told that I can't access support center because of the fact that I have a free account. I really would just like to delete my account since I won't be using jira at all and it is impossible, and i will certainly NOT be recommending this tool to anyone else given how impossible you have made it to delete my account and data.

I’m reaching out to let you know that the reason you were previously unable to delete your Atlassian account was due to a few active subscriptions that were automatically created alongside your free Jira instance.
I can confirm that those additional subscriptions have now been cancelled. You should now be able to proceed with the account deletion process without any issues.
