Assume there are more than one project and more than 2-3 Sprints for each of the projects. Wanted to create a report which should show all my projects vertically one after the other and Sprint details in columns like Sprint 1, Sprint 2..Sprint 10. Is this possible in Jira?

Not quite, because sprints do not belong to projects, and reporting is based on issues, meaning you have to define your reporting by the relationship between issues and projects and issues and sprints.

But you can do this.  First, create a search that draws in the issues you are interested in.  For example "project in (x, y, z)".  Save it as a filter with a descriptive name.

Next, create a new empty dashboard (or choose one to get this report out on).  Add a "two dimensional filter statistics" gadget to this dashboard, and configure it, such that the X axis has "Project" and the Y axis is "Sprint"
