I'm not sure for asking the good place, but have not found the correct support addresses.

Our company's name is Hungarian TravelTech Ltd. Co. and we are a retailer partner of Travelfusion.

Could you please check why this failure happened below?

This is nothing to do with Atlassian software, sorry. I suggest you contact Travelfusion.
