With the latest version of Jira can we create 2 backlogs on 1 board?

That would not make a lot of sense (and certainly be unmanagable in cases where an issue ends up in the "wrong" backlog).  It sounds like you should have two boards.

But how about this, I have 1 dev group and 2 product team, I want to be able to seperate what is product A responsibilities and product B. But the devs need to see 1 board. Any suggestions on how to solve this but still having 1 Board.

That's not two backlogs, just a view requirement.  Which is easy - work out how you're identifying product A and product B and then put matching quick-filters on the board.
