Will you send me an invoice Atlassian?

We have placed orders with Atlassian for several years. I send the purchase order, you give me the invoice, I submit that for processing. I asked you in Jan so that I could get it turned around for you in a timely manner. I still do not have the invoice and today is March 2. Will you be sending me the invoice? Purchase Order P4714418 confirmed as rec'd-Quote# QT-446-W5W-EM5-89N. I tried to talk with the AI robot and they could not help either so they suggested that I try this. This was a contact# that I had but they closed it out: : CA-3847227 FW: P4714418. I am very frustrated and this expires on March 7.

Since you are on a paid plan, should be able to raised a support ticket for this regard.

I replied in January to a comment asking for an invoice after they confirmed that they had received a purchase order from Virginia Tech.

I never received the invoice and I tried to send another contact me and the website does not seem to let you submit the question you want to ask.

I tried to but it would not give me a button to submit, it would continue to ask for an inv# which I did not have or a pull down menu to choose somethings they had but they did not ft what I was asking about.
