Will users be able to see issues on their board after 2 weeks?

A user of ours has brought to our attention that he is not able to see issues after they have been moved to the 'Done' tab. This occurs after about 2 weeks of being classified as done.

I've seen in other threads that there is not currently a way to view them when using a team managed board.

Will this become a feature in the future? It makes it difficult to run reports when the closed tasks just seem to disappear.

Thank you in advance,

Eric

@Eric Rauso apologies if this is not exactly your use case.

here they have suggested a workaround : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-85712

In any case seems like it should be something easy to add as a standard feature

Hello @Eric Rauso

This applies to the Kanban board default settings. You can change this when you go to the Board settings and scroll all the way down. This applies to company-managed projects only, not for team-managed. You can always view the items when you are searching for All work items and filter out the Done work items - applied to team-managed projects as well.
