Will it import all filters and dashboards when user not existing in target?

When users (filter/dashboard owner) not existing in Target and If I choose "Do Not Export" to users and groups and if I choose to export all filters and dashboards

Filter Custom Fields: Only those used in Project

User Export Options: Do Not Export

Group Export Options: Do Not Export

Filters to Export: All Filters(Shared or Private)

Dashboards to Export: All Dashboards(Shared or Private)

Will it import all filters and dashboards when user not exists?

If the user who is owner/author of a filter or dashboard does not exist, that filter or dashboard will not be created. There is a feature request (see https://awnaba.atlassian.net/browse/PCP-264) to have those filters/dashboards created "as if" they belonged to the user who is launching the import. We expect to release that feature in two months, approximately.
