Will Orasi work with Jira Cloud?

I see here that https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/hpsync-plugin.xml/cloud/versionhistory will work with Atlassian hosted JIRA cloud however an Engineer has told me this will not work.  Can I please get a definitive answer from Atlassian?

I think you'd need that answer from Orasi - Atlassian do some basic testing, which must have passed for it to be allowed the "cloud" flag to be set, but it's not a lot more than the "make sure it loads and executes and doesn't immediately break everything"
