Will Mantis import ever be enabled in the ondemand version of Jira?

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Migrating+from+Other+Issue+TrackersMantis isn't an option to import in the ondemand version of Jira.

Will this option ever become available?

Where could we vote for a feature like this?

But I think the answer for the foreseeable future is "import from Mantis on a development copy, then export that and import the bits you need into OnDemand"
