Hello we just bougth JIRA Server for 500 users(6.000$) and we are using Jira Agile (trial) .

Wich product is equal JIRA Server. Is this produt Jira Software?

Can we free upgrade from JIRA Server to JIRA Software

To keep it simple and non technical

• JIRA -> JIRA Core
• JIRA + Agile add-on -> JIRA  Software
• JIRA + Service Desk add-on -> JIRA Service Desk

You can just jump to JIRA Core with your existing setup, and then, if you still want to investigate "Agile", you enable the "Software" Application within it.  The cost of JIRA Core is the same as JIRA was, but the cost of JIRA Software is the same as JIRA + Agile.

But we are using JIRA Server for 500 users  (Project Create and Tracking, Issues Create and Tracking ) and we want to use JIRA Agile.

Which product is including this modules?
