Hello Team,
We have a incoming mail handler configuration in my jira. In the past we are able to receive the tickets through the incoming mail handler. Suddenly we are not receiving tickets while creating tickets through incoming mail handler. Please advise why we are not receiving jira tickets.
Note: In the mailbox inbox it showing unread after read/open the mail.
