Why trophies do not registering activity?

Hello,

There is only one user that is not getting any point or activity being registered in trophies. Every thing is set the same way as other users so it doesn't make sense this malfunction.

Can you help please?

Hi,

What do you mean "trophies"? Could you please clarify or add some screenshots?

Someone from the support team of JIRA already fixed it. I don't know what they did but it's working now.
