We have several User Story tickets, we want to set story point for them. But can't find the story point field even from "configure field".

For your requirement, you will need to check a couple of things, i.e. firstly, check if the Issue types you are using are already configured for the Story Points field. And second, check if the Story Points field is already associated with the Screens you are using.
For other former, you can follow the steps provided in this community post.
And for the latter, you can follow the steps below:-
1. Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Issues.
2. Under FIELDS, select Custom Fields as shown in the image below:-
3. Next, go to the Story Points custom field and select the Screens link as shown below:-
4. Once you have clicked on the Screens link, a dialog box will appear and display what are the screens that have been associated with the Story Points field as shown below:-
5. If the screen you want to display the Story Points field is not shown in that dialog box, you must add it. To do so, click on the three dots on the right side of the Story Points field and select the Screens option as shown in the image below:-
6. Once you have selected the Screens option, you will be taken to the Associate field Story Points to the screens page shown below. Select the screens to display the field and click on the Update button.
