Why swimlane becomes not visible on the board if I change its order

Hi,

What the reason is: I have three swimlanes. If I display them in one order - I see them all. If I change the order, one swimlane becomes not visible on my board. What is wrong?

There's a few things about swimlanes that are not obvious when you start using them, and I think you've run into two points:

• Issues only get shown once on a board.  If two or more swimlanes select for the same issue, then the issue will only appear in the first swimlane.
• Swimlanes do not display if they are empty.

Imagine you have a multi-select list field called "Colour" and swimlanes that say:

• Colour = red
• Colour = amber
• Colour = green

Now imagine you've got 12 issues, 6 having the value "amber" and 6 with "green".  Your board will now show 2 swimlanes, the "red" one will vanish because there are no issues in it.

Next, edit one of the issues, setting the Colour to all three.  Now it is red, amber and green, all your swimlanes will select for it, but because "Colour = red" is the first swimlane, it will appear there, and the other two will not display it.
