Dear all,

Some times I do not undertand what is in the mind of Alassian product managers. I just notice that their simply retired the way to get some trial licence on Jira DC instance.

What do they lost by keeping it until the end ?

ON my side I simply lost the way to help some existing customer to validate some stuff and we still have such customers every where.

The simply way to be able to use trial instance instead of spoling customer instance that was a need.

I am alone in this situation or I am stupid in thinking that way ?

I reallydo not understand what they could lost of letting those trial available , anyway w do not have support on those so....

Regards

Hi Serge,

I don't really have a strong opinion one way or the other. And I don't support clients who are on Data Center. That being said, I think it is very reasonable for Atlassian to do that since they have publicized this for a long time and have begun the phase out process. Regardless, it's not going to change, so you will need to adjust accordingly.
