Why "issue type avatar image" is not updating while trying to edit it?

I am trying to edit the "Issue type avatar" image. I am clicking on the Edit on the issue type and just selecting the avatar image. But when I click on Update button its telling me that "An issue type with this name already exists". I am hence unable to do the update.

I am just trying to put an image (avatar) to the issue type. I do not want to change the name of the issue type. But its not letting me do so.

Any assistance on this regard would be helpful.
