Why open jira issue so slow ......?

Our team uses Jira every day. Everyone complains jira works so slow...... Can you help us to check what's going on with our service?

Start by analysing what is taking so long

Use the developer tools to break down what elements of the page are slow.  

Look at what action is slow - issue view?  Edit?  Transition?  Page load for view?  Search?  Dashboards?  Click to Edit?  Everything?

Do you notice if it is slow for most users but faster for admins?  Are the administration pages fast to work?

Good suggestion, I try to open two issue from our list. And use chrome developer tool to check the time. It looks like slow?  Do I need to provide more data?

Issue 1: 16.62 sec

Issue 2:  15.28 sec

So your issue here is network latency.  There's nothing you can do about that other than get a faster network.

I use the http ping to check the latency, it looks like the latency is good on US and Asia Pacific. But Taiwan team open the jira issue works slow
