"epic link" in ("CMS/Jpharm.......")

This gives me error as : No issues have a parent epic with key or name 'CMS/Jpharm'

but displays fine when Jira id is passed in query

Hi @SUKETA SHARMA

I tried to reproduce the problem, but in my case, it worked for me. Try to check the field: Epic Name in the EPIC and see if it is the same than the Epic's summary.

The JQL looks into the value of the Epic name,  try to double check the value.

I am adding screenshots of the test I made that worked.

Hopefully this can shine more light for you to solve your problem.

David

Hi @SUKETA SHARMA welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The character '/' is a reserved JQL character. You must enclose it in a string or use the escape '\u002f' instead.
