We are trying to generate api tokens and Jira has to send us an identity confirmation code via email. It did perfectly work for a few weeks but no more, we get no mails even though we resent it many times and checked our spams. Our company is not blocking any mails neither.
Hi @Abdoulaye DIALLO ,
I've had cases with clients in the past where they were somehow blocked by Atlassian's mailservers. The best action would be for your to create a support ticket with Atlassian and have them analyze the mails going out.
You can contact the support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty certain that the mails from the community forums are send over different systems than the mails from Atlassian Cloud sites. So this isn't a good indicator.
Greetings
Philipp
