I created rule to change Customer request type if issue has come from email channel and has russian word "Подключение" in summary (means Connection).
I sended email with topic "Подключение..." and rule hasn't operated.

What does the log say? Try removing conditions one by one to see which one(s) are failing.
In this case I will have all email channel requests with Customer request type changed. I need to catch email requests with special words.
