Why my account is locked?

Dear Support Team,

I don't know why my account is permanently locked, could you please help to check the reason and unlock my account?

This generally due to something on your user directory. You can reach out to your admin.

Hi @sky.song.wt ,

Have you checked with the Jira admin at your organization? Did the account get locked after unsuccessful login attempts? When is the last time you could login? You can also contact Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
