Why is worth migrating to Jira Cloud?

I know that many of you have already migrated to Jira Cloud or are in the process of doing so. However, we are curious about the specific reasons that motivated your decision to migrate to the Cloud platform. Why is it worth migrating to cloud? What was the reason you decided to switch the hosting?

Atlassian has made it clear that the future is in the Cloud, with ongoing development focusing on integrating Data Center capabilities into their Cloud offerings.

While Cloud may not be the perfect fit for highly regulated environments, it’s becoming increasingly attractive due to enhanced features like data residency options, stricter app access rules, change management improvements, and the ability to scale instances more effectively.

So, the question might be less about why to switch, and more about why not to?
