Why is the new interface removing important data?

I use often the option "Create Linked Issue" and since this new interface showed up, this is gone.

Why remove such an important option???

Also, recently I have typed descriptions and they do not appear on the screen anymore.

I have to go to the old version to see. 

Why has Jira suddenly decided that this important field is not important for me anymore and on its own decided to hide it?

By the way, does anyone know how to make it visual on the issue?
