Why is the hour displayed for an event under the "All" tab different on the "Activity" tab?

We're noticing that the hour is different between events on the All tab and the Activity tab in an issue. For example, a person transitions an issue at 7:25 PM. The All tab shows the correct time. However, when I look at the Activity tab, it shows the transition was done at 12:25 PM. The timezone on my JIRA profile is set correctly. Any idea why this is happenening? How do I fix this?

Hi Scott,

That could be the reason why the time appears to be different. The person who performed the transition is using a different User Preference time zone in his profile.

To fixed this, the two of you must have the same User Preference timezone. Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Choosing+a+Time+Zone
