Why is "MOVE TO" greyed out, when I am the project Administrator?

I am my project's administrator... in backlog view, if I highlight one or multiple backlog items, and go to the options menu (...), "MOVE TO (2)" is greyed out and cannot be clicked...

Under Project Settings -> Access:

  1. I am an Administrator
  2. Mange Roles -> has "Move any issue" ticked which is described as "Move any "SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)" issue into other projects or service projects on site."

However, If I press on an individual item to bring up the individual item detail view, I have the option to "Move" in the options menu.

This is not helpful in my circumstance, as I want to bulk move many backlog items.

Why is this, what am I missing?!

Ah I see now...

The "MOVE TO" is indicating that I can move the selected items to the Board, Top of backlog or Bottom of backlog... wowzers.

Ok, so my question is actually, "How do I move multiple items to another project"?

I think there's room for improvement of the UI in the backlog view!
