I have a rule that is very simple and straightforward:
And this is my workflow:
I have a ticket that is in the "In Progress" status
I created a PR for that ticket but I got this error in the audit:
Why is the destination status not resolved? It is right there and the workflow has the transition to it! Also the current status is "IN PROGRESS".
What is going on?
Hello @Manuel Malagon
From the Rule Details page, who is listed as the Actor for the rule?
From the Rule Details page, what is the Project Scope for the rule? If it is Global or multiple projects, what is the Type of the WGBMS project? Get that from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Does the transition between In Progress and Ready To Review have any Conditions on it that limit who can execute the transition?
Now that you mention it. The transition has a rule to allow only the asegnee and myself to transition the ticket from IN PROGRESS to READY TO REVIEW. Is that it?

It is if the the rule actor is not you or the Assignee of the issue.
Who is specified as the Rule actor?

The actor is "Automation for Jira". How do I add "Automation for Jira" to the "Restrict who can move an issue" transition? Because I can't specify multiple actors in the rule.
