Why is my iTrack ticket field value selection not sticking in the field?

I am using iTrack to update a defect ticket.

Normally, I can select an application name from the drop-down values for the field "Application Fixed In".

Currently, when I click on the drop-down value I want, the value does not subsequently "stick" in the field.
