Hi,
I added a new workflow with an additional (new) status to an existing workflow scheme within the active Sprint. The scheme is already used in many projects with multiple boards.
The new status, which I called “Ready” is assigned to the status-category “Done”.
But the status in current projects with the assigned workflow scheme isn’t automatically mapped to the category or the column. This status “Ready” always needs to be assigned manually.
Is it also possible to assign this new status "Ready" automatically to the Done column in all new and existing boards?
Thank you for any idea.

Hi Christina, welcome to the Community. If you desire this new status to appear in a boards column then you must map it manually. Assuming you have a configurable Kanban board click on the ellipses in the upper right of the board view and select Board settings > columns. To the left you should see unmapped statuses including your new Ready. Drag and drop onto your Done column.
Thank you, Jack.
That's exactly my problem. We have so many different boards affected, that I would like to find an automatic way to do this.

This is not possible. Mapping is manual only.

Thank you very much, though it isn't the answer I wanted to hear. :)
