My goodness. Sorry all who look at this if the header was a bit misleading, but I'm running into a bug with the JIRA app -- I'm signed in as if it's totally working...but I'm blocked but this step in the JIRA app. I can't get past this notifications screen. Why is it so complicated to find a way to tell Atlassian about this?

(Sorry about the weird noises; moving fast and fixing it is not a priority.)
Hi @Amanda Brown, sorry you're having trouble with the iPhone Jira app. But kudos to you for posting a video explaining the problem! So helpful! This community is full of users just like you who are here to help, but this is a problem that needs to be reported to Atlassian directly. I suggest submitting a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact.
Other support resources are also available at: https://support.atlassian.com/
While you're waiting for a fix, maybe you can load Jira on your phone through the browser instead of through the app?
Hope this helps!

I think you were intending to suggest the bug be created in the publicly accessible Jira instance used by Atlassian:
https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
However Bugs cannot be created in most projects there by people who are not Atlassian team members, as far as I can tell.
And only Administrators or designated support contacts for a company are able to open support requests at https://support.atlassian.com. Others will be redirected here to the Community.
The author @Amanda Brown could report the problem to the administrators of the Jira instance they are trying to access, and those administrators can open a support case with Atlassian technical support.

Thanks @Trudy Claspill - I clarified my response above. Yes, I was thinking that we used to be able to create bugs in jira.atlassian.com, but maybe I'm mis-remembering that! Agree - the better form to use is https://support.atlassian.com/contact.
