I can't start a new company project. I can set them but other members don't see them and once I refresh the epic has turned into a story and is not visible in the timeline (is visible in the backlog)

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Are you trying to create a Timeline with more than one Epic?
If so, Timeline doesn't allow for more than one Epic. You need Advanced Roadmaps for that (or an Atlassian Marketplace app, Visor is one such app that allows you to make Jira Roadmaps with more than one Epic).
