Why is https://connect-cdn.atl-paas.net/all.js changing so often?

Hi there, 

We are using https://connect-cdn.atl-paas.net/all.js in one of our HTML on the Atlassian side (using an Atlassian connect app) and we have the subresource integrity feature as well in the <script> tag.

The thing is that the SHA key changes every time this file is updated and our HTML can't load.

Is there any reason this file is changing that often?
