Why haven't expiration dates on "Versions & Licenses" page in Jira been updated?

Here are the expiration dates on "Versions & Licenses" page in Jira:

The expiration dates are encoded into the licence key.

My guess is that you have renewed your licences, but not applied the new keys to the services
