Why has the Paste feature in Greenshot has stopped working and now generates an error?

Greenshot has started to generate an error when trying to "paste" a copied item either by clicking the paste option or using Ctrl + V.

You have ended up on the community because Greenshot is using Jira as a way for customers to report issues. You should go to https://greenshot.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/SUPPORT/issues?jql=project%20%3D%20%22SUPPORT%22%20ORDER%20BY%20created%20DESC and create a request from there to get help.
