Why don't I have 'send to sprint' button in quick actions?

Thibaut Collette May 20, 2018

In a previous project I was able to 'Send to Sprint' directly from Actions (shortcut).

This is not the case in my new company. How to make it appear?

Thanks

You've tagged this with Cloud, is that your old project or the new one?  In the new one where the "send to" is missing, is it a project that has an associated Scrum board?

Both were cloud.

It is a scrum board yes.

I can't find the action when using the shortcut '.' where I see all actions and neither with the 's' shortcut

My guess is that you have no sprints you can add it to then.

I have sprints. I can even change sprint in my edit view or move the ticket from backlog to sprint by drag and dropping :(

The only way I can get it to go away from my Scrum board is to not have any open sprints, so I'm a bit stuck.

I'd try https://support.atlassian.com/contact for a proper support call!
