Why does an issue whose status is already closed when I have completed the sprint still follow it to

Why does an issue whose status is already "closed" when I have completed the sprint still follow it to the next sprint?

Is it because the board only appears until the status "done"? I already state status "done" and "closed" is "done category"

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In a sprint, an issue is only "done" when it is in the last column of the board (and all its sub-tasks are too, if it has any).  Done issues will not move to the next sprint when you close the current one.

Status, status category and resolution are all irrelevant, look at the board.

thanks for answer @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-

for your information, now I have 5 status:

1. to do (visible on board)

2. in progress (visible on board)

3. need to be test (visible on board)

4. done (visible on board)

5. closed (not visible on board)

so the conclusion is, status closed must be visible on board if I want "closed" status will not move to the next sprint?

Exactly.  The issue can't be "done" if it's not in the last column.
