Why does a issue tagged to a sprint not show up in the Sprint view

I have tagged a Story with a Sprint number but when I go to the Sprint view, I do not see the Story. What could be blocking the Story from being visible?  To add some more background information, the Story is tagged as Done and the Sprint does not yet have dates assigned.

Hi @Jack Martins

Is this Sprint active or not?

If this is a Future Sprint - so is only visible in the Backlog - this would only show Issues which are not closed (based on the Status which is in the right-hand column on your Board).

So if "Done" is your closed Status, then the Issue would not be visible. It'll still be listed in the Sprint as it has been set on the Issue, but it's not an ideal practice given the Sprint will happen in the future.

First thing to check is if the board config includes the status the issue is currently in is mapped into a board column.

There's another question here though.  "Done" means "needs no more work", so it shouldn't be appearing on a future or currently active sprint (unless it was marked done during the current sprint)
