Why does Jira show “Something went wrong on our end” when opening tickets or applying filters

Whenever I open any ticket or apply a filter, I encounter the error: Something went wrong on our end. I have tried clearing the cache, quitting the browser, and even restarting my MacBook M3 Pro laptop, but the issue still persists. One thing I noticed is that this issue has been occurring for the last 2 days, usually after 3:00–3:30 PM. Screenshot 2026-03-10 at 5.41.15 PM.png

Hi @Bhuvanesh Kachave

Don't use a saved or bookmarked URL.

These url story sessions information, and if a session has timed out the url won't work anymore.

Can you browse to the home page of Jira and login and then localise the issue or filter and select it, does it work then?
