It used to be the case that the plugin, once authenticated with Jira cloud, would remain authenticated for a long time (I'm not sure how long but many days/weeks). In recent weeks this seems to have changed and now I have to re-authenticate every day that I use it, which is frustrating and hampers productivity.
Is this deliberate or a bug?
Assuming your JIRA cloud instance is integrated with say O365, if admin implements the policy that re-authentication needs to happen every 24 hours, then it could be the reason why you are observing this behavior.
I am using O365 although I don't know about whether it's explicitly integrated with Jira cloud.
