I use Firefox's built-in spell checker. It works for the Description and Comments fields, but not the Summary. Is anyone else having this problem too? Is there something I have to configure in JIRA for spell check to work in the Summary field? Thanks.

could you see if it is the same in Chrome ?
try using Grammarly addon and see if that helps you.
hope this helps
Spell check in the summary field works in Chrome.
Unfortunately, I could not try Grammarly because its not compatible with my version of Firefox.
Thanks!

Hey @Raj Vora
Looks like the class html for the fields are different for Summary and Description.
That is the only Jira specific thing I can find with why Firefox is treating the fields differently.
Hope this helps!
