Why do my posts keep disappearing?

Twice today I have posted a question and when I look on my activity log, it's not there.

Changing link type.... but I found it again... randomly.. it popped up when I started to re-type it. It doesn't appear in my activity list.

Right. I can find it there too... but it did not appear in my activities list...

If I click on the "Notifications bell", then on "See all activity", it is not visible.

If this refers to only activity by other uers on my post, then "See all activity" is misleading.
