Why do I encounter a "403 - forbidden" error when trying to print issues?

Hi all,

we are using JIRA cloud and have the AIP plug.in installed. I also granted the AIP user permission to browse the project in question.

When try to print one or more issues I receive the following error message:

Do you have an idea what could be wrong?
