Why did I lose an access to my subtasks?

Hello,

I have been successfully using the subtasks function for a while. However, I've received the following error today:

After clicking on "Allow access" button the following is displayed:

Could somebody please help and explain why this is happening and how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Kristina Cabraja and welcome to the community,

I believe you get this message when the app is developed on the Forge platform (the new development platform from Atlassian) by the app vendor.

I would suggest for you to contact the app vendor (or your Jira administrator who will in turn contact the app vendor)

I can't deduce what app it is exactly based on the generic name but an admin on your instance should be able to see who to contact.
