Why custom resolutions do not count story points?

With the current workflow, we have set up custom resolution states and resolution values, We have 3 states of resolutions:

- QA validated

- Pre-production

- Done

All of our sprints do not capture the stories as "completed" if we do not reach Done. We would like to count the story points if we reach "Pre-production" but looks like Jira is only counting "Done" as the complete state.

Can that be configured?

A sprint will consider an issue "completed" and count its story points if the Status of that issue is mapped to the right-most column of your board.

Can you show us the board setting that show the columns to which each status is mapped?

Thank you!

My mapping was 3 columns:

- ToDo

- In Progress

- In Review

- Failed QA

- Passed QA

- Pre-Pro

- Done

By which all of the statuses to the same column the points are captured properly! I created a TEST project with the right mapping and everything works perfectly now.
