Why cant some users see all sprints

There in one user who can view only few sprints. user cannot view them while creating & cannot see them on backlog page either. he is set up as any other standard user & there are no restrictions.

Please check the Manage Sprints permissions in the permission scheme.

I donot have permission scheme calling out specifically for sprint permissions and the user is able to view some sprints(1 to5) but cannot view or add issues to other sprints(sprints6-9)
