Why cant I see other users Key Results in goals?

I know this is a very new product, so this might not exist or might be a bug. 

I am the Jira admin for our small company, and preparing goals for 26Q1 and drafting Key Results for my team, but when I assign an owner other than myself I can't find the KR anymore. I think it's likely a permission issue because when I add a KR for myself I can see it no problem.

In Jira Cloud Goals, if you can’t see Key Results owned by other users, it’s usually a permission issue. On Free or low-tier plans, viewing and editing others’ Key Results may be restricted to admins or the owners themselves. Make sure the users have the correct access to the goal, and that the goal is shared with their team or project. Otherwise, Key Results assigned to others won’t appear in your view.
