Firstly I have org admin permission.
When I'm going into the project, I'm seeing there are no users. But others are using it. When I'm giving permission to a user their name is also not showing in the list.
Also I have automated rules set with status changes. When I make the changes, automation audit log is saying, user does not have permission.
I told another person with Org admin permission to check my user and they can't seem to add me on anything either.
What could be the issue?

Hello @Md_ Abrarul Huda ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
We had an active incident related to this, which is currently in fixed state.
Details: https://status.atlassian.com/
We had the same behaviour but now it seems to work again (we can see People under the project and we can assign tasks again)

We see the same issue here at SOAS University of London, cannot see Users under a project and getting some reported errors updating tickets for certain users/user groups
