Hi @stanton_josh ,

I believe you should be able to directly submit a ticket reporting Jira is down at https://support.atlassian.com/ if you're a designated contact and on one of the paid plans. Is Jira not loading for you and your organization currently?

Currently I'm able to access Jira cloud and only seeing an active incident on JSM affected services field at the moment
