I have always been able to access my Jira boards with a bookmark in my browser.
Now even after logging into Atlassian account and going to my book mark to Jira board, the response i get is "Page Unavailable" with no explanation as to why I can't access this. And yes it has been down over several hours now.
If you are the administrator of your Atlassian organization, your best bet would be to check if there's any billing problems by going to https://admin.atlassian.com and checking under Billing Management. If you're not able to see anything odd, reaching out to Atlassian support is your best option through https://support.atlassian.com
If you aren't the administrator of your site, your best bet is to reach out to them to check the above; that message usually comes up when billing lapses for a site and it goes inactive.
Best of luck!
Hello @Chris Rogers ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian community :)
The error you are encountering could be because of 2 reasons:
1. Your site is on maintenance activity
2. Your Jira cloud is deactivated
Could you share your cloud site URL, so that we can check? Alternatively, you can open a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com and our engineers will contact you
Thank you!

Shalini...I'm the originating author of isseue btw. Chris had responded to my post.
I'm about to completely never consider Atlassian because of the horrible experience of trying to resolve this issue. I've used Jira for 3 yrs managing backlog on several products. And all of a sudden I've lost access to my boards. No communication prior of what's changing.
My bookmark I've used to easily access my board was:
https://exonome.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/EX/boards/4
I was using a free version for years. Even after I was on a trial Premium that was activated yesterday after not seeing my boards, I still can't see my original boards.

Hello, Good day. This is could either for any maintenance activity from backend or site could have been suspended for payment reason. As suggested by Chris you can create a ticket with our billing team if the site is not accessible for more than 2 hrs. Thanks!
