Why can't I delete an action CreateCommentFunction in the postfunctions of a workflow

Hello,

 In a workflow I have a post functions on a transition: Add a comment to an issue if one is entered during a transition.

I want to remove this step because it is complicated to move from state to state.

What can be the reason?

Hi @Adriana Cervantes Almaraz welcome to the community.  This is a system post function and cannot be removed.  It is benign if you do not setup a comment screen on the transition and will not trigger.
