Why can't I create a Jira Project?

Just signed up to trial Jira, but when I click on Create (to create a Project) I get an error:

Project Not Created

For some reason the magic didn't happen. Click Create to try again.

Each time I click the Create button I get the same response.

Any ideas?

Possibly the instance is not fully setup. If it continues (say 2hr) reach out to Atlassian Support.
